Depression Therapy

Depression affects many individuals and often goes untreated. It can leave you feeling both helpless and hopeless. You may notice a lack of energy, physical discomfort, and a disinterest in work, socializing, or hobbies you once enjoyed. Symptoms such as trouble sleeping, irritability, and even thoughts of wanting it all to end are common.

In any given year, approximately 18.8 million American adults, or about 9.5% of the U.S. population aged 18 and older, experience depressive disorders. Unfortunately, stigma and other barriers prevent fewer than half of those suffering from seeking treatment. Remember, counseling can help relieve these symptoms and support you on your path to feeling better.
